I love watching the herons in Chiswick Park as there is something quite majestic but also quite prehistoric about them. They often pose for great photos this was the first time I’ve ever seen one of them posing in this spot!

I thought it was a fox in the garden but it turned out to be a muntjac deer. It ran into the house. We herded it out again.
It stayed in the garden for two days. Ate all next doors artichokes and flowers and left when one another neighbour had an end of school party until 2am! We didn’t like the noise either!

The snail was on top of our garden waste bin and has an image of the Eiffel Tower on its shell. The French are known to love snails. Maybe this snail loves the French.

Captured the beauty of those salvias in the gorgeous surroundings of the gardens that accentuate their colour and powerful presence.
